I don't think so at all.
I think he's riding the "anger" of people who know they have been lied to by their politicians and the media.
That's why he is polling across all demographics and it's why 20% of Democrats have switched to vote for Trump already.
The media is trying to paint it like only the evil WHITE people care about trade imbalances, national debt, senseless wars, etc.
That's not true. All races care about these things. Has nothing to do with a "population" being "downsized"
On immigration Trump has said over and over and over that he wants MORE immigration to the U.S. But he wants them coming in LEGALLY. He has even proposed that the process to become legal be streamlined (which is way overdue) so that more people can come in legally.
The news doesn't report that so it's no wonder that people don't hear it. But if you happen to tune in to one of the news channels at a rare moment where they actually just show his speech live...you will hear it loud and clear.
