Stupid Stupid Stupid Online Banking!
For whatever reason, still unknown to me a local cash machine decided to swallow two of my cards for the same high street bank.
I called them up to tell them my cards had been swallowed and was asked to answer some questions to verify my account.
I was logged in to online banking at the time so had full access to everything they could ask but somehow, apparently I failed verification because I used the wrong 5 digit ID code....
Although I could see it in black and white as it logged me in..
They then locked my account but not the one I phoned up about, oh no. They locked my business account.
I have had to wait a week for a new password, ID and security number.
I just tried it tonight 3 times and it's not fucking working.
How fucking frustrating!!!
