As Sam Harris says, intent is everything. USA/NATO strikes are targeting extremists. Yes there are civilians deaths and yes these need to stop. However, it's a false equivalency to say these terrorists are the same. It's obvious from the targets and how the attacks were carried out that the intent was to kill innocent civilians. There was no government figure targeted. These are places where the only people who would be hurt would be civilians.
