No, it just means that the U.S. won't be footing the bill for Europe anymore when it comes to the military. Which of course is YOUR nightmare... because then the country you live in has to figure out where the money is going to come from, and all of a sudden all that "Free" stuff the govt. is able to give you people will be gone.
