No, it's news that was kept quiet by the Federal Govt. and the media in order to continue a failed "War On Drugs" that has led to millions of lives being ruined, violent murders committed, drug cartels rising....pretty much exactly the same things that happened with Alcohol Prohibition.
This is something that should wake people up from being screwed by the govt.
