Latinafucktour converts at 1:495 and africanblacklesbians at 1:618. Way better than "established" sites in the same niches.
However since we're always looking to improve signup ratios, the design for these sites will be changed to a more modern flow with on tour ctr tracking, etc. like this site:

But that's not a mechbunny tour. Hence I didn't list it before.
Even on africancasting there is room for improvement, join form on the video page, etc. Working on it.

cartoontube doesn't use MechBunny.
If any tube-style tour will do, there are 100s. But none of them are mechbunny tours. For a number of reasons a better setup is to use mechbunny in the members area and something else (custom) for the tour area.
