My name doesn't carry as much weight as some of the "veterans" of this industry, but I can tell you one thing.

Acadia's patent is BULLSHIT, and will not stand up thru extensive court procedings. Nobody can argue with me that what they are doing is fair. Some people say they have the patent so we can't fight it, I say if people stick together and fight this thing, their patent can be overturned at the highest level once it is determined to be BROAD...

Also, it saddens me to see the biggest names in the industry...
