sounds to me like the partner that began using the credit cards illegally should be in prison & it's not failure, some one's stole & crashed the business
Knowing what it's like, putting everything, money & hard committed work into a business, then left struggling. Although, we're plodding through & are not left owing anyone personally anything, just creditors.
