You KEEP going back to your favorite place for stats (Chicago) So pretty much if you want to enjoy the gold ole USA all you have to do is avoid a couple small areas in Chicago and you are fine.
Yeah I agree those areas in Chicago are fucked up as is a small area in Miami that I know of. Unless you try to go there odds are you will not take a wrong turn and end up there LOL. Fucking Troll of the year
