I wish they employed the same logic in Vietnam war - hey, what if this is not enemy soldier
I mean surely there might not be as obvious dude to the uniform thing, but come on. It is not like they grabbed random dude, they (I just assume as most likely) grabbed one from the enemy who was fighting/shooting them etc.
It is not rocket science. We, from the internet, may not see it but those who fight there surely know who is who.
