LOL it will not even be worth your time if you do it that way. If you knew the rate at which girls quit or are worthless you would get it.
You could work a deal out if they end up doing real work and they could give you a few bucks. That is how I would do it because any girl no matter how hot she is that you bring to me is worthless until she has done some good videos
