That's shit straight off my nightmare list of ways to die. At least it was concrete, and she suffocated rather quickly. My nightmare is to be buried alive in a coffin with just enough room to move, and slowly suffocating on the carbon dioxide. Either way sucks, one is just a bit faster.
I'm fucking cringing just thinking about it.
