I am looking to hire a php coder for a small job.

Its to edit a link / banner rotating system.

I need 3 small changes:

Redirection page must hide referrer info
Redirection page needs to have a title (taken from variable inputted when adding links)
Cron job needs to be setup again (Was already setup, needs to run again)

1-3 hours work max.
