Before they switched their control panel, there used to be a synchronization button, which would sync the domains shown in your account with the notes of Enom. They just never told you that it was Enom they synched with. Now, the function is called something else, but it is still there for the same purpose, to get a "live" sync of your domains in NC account to match with Enom account.
I guess you could say, a glorified White Label...

That used to be the case but they are accredited now.
