I have no idea who got "beat" or killed. I'm not gong to give it too much thought - I like to be surprised by plot twists.
But next season they will all go to work for this new guy until they take him out. You already see that coming.

I lost interest in Walking Dead when the Rick and his partner was fighting over Rick's wife. I wasn't too interested in some silly romance story.
