I have no idea how this differs from Napster, Ares, and all those other long forgotten peer 2 peer networks but I'm assuming there's some sort of difference to make this less likely to get shut down?
As far as I can see anyone can setup any kind of shop selling anything without any kind of authority taking their page/shop down...
