I think in this case it's not what she says....we all know she's crazy. But it's HOW she says it. Incoherent fragments of sentences strung together like someone in the grip of a stroke. To call her inarticulate would be kind.
You don't need to hear the entire speech. Thirty seconds of that rambling is enough to know she doesn't know what she wants to say, or how to say it.
I know when she was running for president she was no rocket scientist, but she wasn't like this before. This is early onset dementia.
