I never claimed anyone was responsible for any of that. You were making the claim that we need taxation because police, ambulance, fire and if it were privatized, some people wouldn't receive said services. And I said you're right, and what's wrong with that? If you care about people who didn't pay in advanced, help them out voluntarily.

People would wise up real quick once they realized they weren't getting said services for free (tax payer subsidies).

Of course it's the government's fault. These US businesses don't have some sort of weird hate for the US. Generally speaking, successful business men are smart, and will do business where they can make the most profit. This doesn't make them bad people.
