Im in the process of doing something similar and actually put up a thread about a token system so the users just buy tokens then use them to purchase items on my site. Have a look at adultwork. They have people selling everything on that site and there members buy credits to purchase. I bet there system is automatically set up to take there cut and give the sellers the rest
