You guys keep analyzing that on set video, but I believe that was shot without the other cast members lined up on their knees. It was most likely a separate set up to get the camera angle and positioning correct, which would take some time. I highly doubt they had the other actors sitting there on their knees while they shot this, because there's no need for them to be there.
That was meant to look ambiguous, because they don't even know who they want to kill yet. They're still thinking about it.
