You never heard of "no victim, no crime" before? It's a philosophical assertion that regardless of what the law says is crime, if there's no victim, in all actuality, no crime has been committed. What a bunch of crooked suits scribble on a piece of paper is one thing, what happens in reality is another.
So I'm for counter-economics, agorism and civil disobedience as a way for otherwise peaceful people to exchange products voluntarily.
