as I said... I think in that video Negan hits a fake head (is a doll) and I can see splash from "blood"... for the video...
Is crazy to be the cast and Negan hits someone and the head still without move... so I think is Glenn fake head... People think that producers till now, didn't go with comic deaths... but I think is time for AMC to go with comic... who knows...
