Laws don't dictate morality. If they did, it would have been moral to force blacks at the back of buses, or own them, or kill jews.

From a moral perspective I tend to agree with you. Drugs (some of them, not all) especially. Legalizing all "vice" is an option tho one few Governments are willing to even try. It seems like you can have some freedoms while others you cannot have so again I tend to agree with your philosophy.
But having all this conducted on a peer to peer network, with Bitcoin etc....it's less of a "protest" and more of "let's see what I can get away with" kind of thing.
