Based on the article above, I would hazard a guess, that your butty has seen some traffic? bro I came up with a 4 step plan to regulate traffic to your butty:
1) traffic signs: two way street, potholes ahead, road damage etc
2) get a flagger to wave flags and coordinate traffic to your asshole
3) introduce a congestion charge during peak hours, toll booths for every lane...
4) build a metro? a train is much more efficient, you may also want to consider a tram system or at least some sort of light railway
