Homosexuals are the byproduct of heterosexual breeding, as are retards, freaks with missing limbs, people born with both sex organs, human tails, clubbed feet, webbed hands, baldness, third nipples, vaginal slime syndrome, etc.
Also, the new generation coming into political power realizes that the more people who live in a country that promises "liberty & justice for all" but delivers that basically only to whites or those with a lot of money, the more people you'll have not giving to the system but rather trying to dodge it, throwing it over, or leaving the country all together.
