Yes. Course all the content is hosted at my own server, the images/thumbnails are re-sized and renamed by my script. The videos are played in my own player (no sponsored embed codes) + some other SEO tricks.

P.S. I do not simple load the feeds (even the gallery ones). My plugin parses sponsor-hosted galleries (FHG's), downloads the actual images, crops the thumbnails and turns them into my own galleries (the galleries inserted in my WP pages) with my own layout, navigation, design, tags, comments etc. Everything is working on 100% autopilot and I log into the control panels once a few months only to update WP and plugins.
