One note on this. It doesn't matter how many webmasters use the same content and the same scripts. The most important thing is how cool the result is. The site must look solid and it must be really interesting/attractive to the surfer to make him spend more time at your videos/galleries, browse more pages and bookmark it. This is what Google calls "made for humans" and rates it accordingly. Here is a good example of such a site powered by WordPress and CyberSEO:
