Someone on reddit posted this, in the comments there is pretty good evidence it isn't the RNC but a scammer trying to get money from people. I could be wrong, I just browsed it quickly. Either way, pretty fucked up, legit or a scam, makes no difference that someone would fall for this and lose their $.
