S.I.C.Cash has decided to take the pro-active approach to the new Visa/MC regulations. We devised a plan and presented it to Epoch ourselves, exhibiting to Epoch what we would do to make sure our company as a whole was not a problematic chargeback issue.
Part of our plan was to eradicate any accounts with a history of high chargebacks or credits per amount of transactions. This was done on an anonymous basis by account number and given to accounting. Since there are always acceptions, we did include a contact email, to send in any rebuttals or questions.
If contacted, we will go back and review any account that we have closed and present to the webmaster the reasoning behind the initial closing or overturn our primary decision.
lastly this is a 100% business decision and nothing personal.
