I didn't see the big deal with it but I had a decent tolerance. The main selling point of Fentanyl is the time release patches which allow you to stick it on your body and get up to 72 ? hours of pain relief (I never bothered with the lolipops). Doctors aren't going to prescribe it to a non-tolerant opiate person, they will put you through trying other things first.
I don't know why media tries to compare just Fentanyl to heroin - opiates are opiates and it doesn't matter if you're using something as small as vicodin. In my opinion Fentanyl doesn't even come close to even a good scramble cap of dope in strength though.
Opiate addiction sucks though so if you don't need anything strong don't go for it!
