IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING POSSIBLE CHECK DELIVERY DELAYS – CHECK DATED
MONDAY, APRIL 4, 2016
For our CCBill Merchants and Affiliates who choose to receive their weekly
payouts via U.S. Postal Service (USPS), our Merchant Support team has received
multiple inquiries regarding a delay in the USPS delivery of the Monday, April
4, 2016 checks, for the billing week of March 20 - March 26, 2016.
We have contacted the USPS to file an issue, and have also confirmed their
receipt of our April 4, 2016 check distribution, which followed our normal
weekly postal process. Pending any further delay in postal delivery, if you wish
to have your April 4, 2016 sales check re-issued, please feel free to contact
our Merchant Support team, by email at

stop-payment (banking fees apply) and re-issue your check as quickly as
possible.
