Black widows you would probably want to relocate... they have a very powerful neurological venom that CAN kill you.. other than that the majority of spiders are relatively harmless.. THEY DO kill off bugs like ants, mosquitos and various other household pests... I generally try to keep them around when they aren't directly in my way.. and if they are, I relocate them to places there pests get in.. Near screens with holes or anything of the like... they feast and my home is bug free
