A lot of companies issue fines and negative incentives, but MFC is one company who will often not limit fines to amounts pending payment for a specific model. MFC can and will fine you all your earnings and more over one model's mistake.

I did recently fire my studio manager and replaced with someone much more professional, and we haven't had any fines since, so I am not saying the fines are wrong or anything, but I have models working for a lot of different sites and MFC is the only one issuing fines, so it's a level of risk that does not seem to be present elsewhere.
