Just FYI. A mom of my friend has diagnosed with terminal 4th stage of cancer (she's got metastases everywhere). Course nobody believes in miracle and understands that she won't live forever with that diagnoses (in any country). However, she had a surgery, she's getting chemotherapy courses, receiving all necessary meds + courses of radiation therapy. She's getting that
absolutely or free. She hasn't paid a single ruble for that during
all 3 years since she's got diagnosed with terminal stage of cancer. She's still very active, spending her time with her great-grandson and working on her land at dacha every summer. Now tell me how much a regular American guy should pay for all that therapy to be able living an active life with a 4th stage cancer? How much should he pay for a serious surgery and 3 years of intensive anti-cancer therapy?
P.S. She lives in a distant region about 1,500 km away from Moscow to the East of Russia.
