We do not know her assets. Also if you think about it, this might be better for society if she gets it taken care of this way. A white knight is easier then insurance on the rest of us. It is better then bankruptcy or welfare. Most of us could not beg for a 100k and have any expectation of getting it. I would say she has a fair chance.
I must be jaded as I see nothing wrong with this.
