It would be far simpler, cheaper, achieve a better result and make politicians look as if they had a clue what's going on. So not going to happen.

Don't forget Google and other search engines, file lockers, usenet, torrent sites, etc.
I agree they are going about it the wrong way. They should just force every adult site to identify as adult (like RTA tag) then force every browser/device to recognize them and block them if desired. But then that might actually require parents to do some parenting instead of just letting their little snowflakes run wild on the internet.
