Lol. The app will be geo-limited. So You cannot find the service provider in another state. When you're in a specific location - you open the site / app to find the service provider restricted to few hundred miles.
All on-demand businesses have this chicken/egg problem.
@Vinod - try adding few AM on skype and inquire for thai traffic.
