Then you better stop drinking tea and wine and stop eating raisins. There is more fluoride per 100 mg in those things than there is in fluoridated tap water.
Plus fluoride also occurs naturally to varying degrees in most water sources. So if you are drinking well water or bottled water you are still likely getting fluoride and maybe even more than in fluoridated tap water. Then there are all of the food and beverage products that you consume that are made with water containing fluoride.
You would have to drink 12 liters of fluoridated tap water a day to reach the maximum safe daily consumption of fluoride.
