Quitting for a specific reason?
My drinking criteria:
- Work done for the day
- Never in the morning, usually before bed or in the evening if doing something social
- Aim for social situations versus alone, but alone is fine if you're not drinking to "forget" but rather to enjoy life.
The biggest reason I have my night caps or drinks in the afternoon is to relax my mind. I think TOO much. And I don't do anything like get too drunk or blackout drunk, just the right amount.
