YOU just had?? Shut the fuck up! A lot more people than just YOU had 20 hours of downtime.. I've been with them for 13 of my 15 yrs in this biz. Lack of communication? No one from ccbill or a lot of places post at gfy anymore cause of all the trolls it's not worth their time.. Would you like them to call you personally and the 1,000's of others hosting with them last night??

I'm still pissed that they were down so long but I just hope it was a one time thing and yes it would be nice to get a discount on this months bill but I'm not holding my breathe on that.
