I just had 20 hours downtime and lost money!!! Every host has issues, I get that, but it's how you handle it that matters in the end. As a customer for 15 years, as someone who has recommended and defended them, their lack of communication pisses me the fuck off. There was zero mother fucking communication and their handling of the issue pretty much destroyed their reputation. It's their lack of communication that pisses me off
