Same here after YEARS. I was playing around with an RSS with a third party service and I wonder if that's what did it, since they don't enable feeds on Tumblr.
"Mass Registration or Automation. Don't register accounts or post content automatically, systematically, or programmatically."
I wrote to them and they said to create a new one :P
