Vtac happens, and happens for a lot of reasons. 200 is high, and that sucks and causes panic but that's likely not an underlying cardiac issue, it's possible it was systemic response to drugs or an effect from the drugs on something else.

Vtac that makes me tinkle in my pants is 300. Time to feel some pain through cardioversion.

Likely they gave you some amioderone and called it a day. (at least that's what I'd do... then prepare for pacing)

What I am saying is I don't think you have a heart condition as a result of, nor caused by anything other than perhaps some polypharm during surgery/recovery.

EDIT: Though I don't know your history at all and I am assuming you are otherwise a healthy individual. I mean... you could be in shitty health and that was a precursor event. Fuck if I know. :/
