When I make someone do some content or buy their content I want some simple things

1. Complete ownership
2. Noncompete type of thing, like say I make someone do a certain film and they go viral, I need some verbage or wordage saying, you can't go use the same type of concept on other films as you
3. Some other legaleze

Would that one guy on here be pretty good for this?
