It's better, if Payoneer spend more time in SUPPORT, as in new layouts !
I knew about getting payment from Datingfactory.
Therefore i loged into my Payoneer-Account to check if there is all up-to-date.
I saw, that my card was desactivated for "security reasons" - and got a link to click to active the card - I clicked, and did all what I had to do.
After that the information in my account was "card BLOQUED" - WTF ?!!!?
OK, I liked to contact the CHAT-support - out of function :-(
OK, I contacted the MAIL-support - LESS THAN 1 hour later i GOT an ANSWER - GREEEEEEAT, so quiiiiick :-)
Payoneer's Information was "...after you get a mass-payout from a payoneer-partner, ANSWER this email, and we are going to activate the card again...".
I got email FROM PAYONEER "..You have received a payment to your Payoneer account!.." with a link to confirm the payment.
- I informed asap the support-ticket-mail, and
- Of course, I clicked the link - BUT the information on the form-page was "card DECLINED". :-((((
I used the to complain again the "ticket"-mail, and complained as new by NEW ticket.
NO answer :-(
okokok, I am not the only one which needs support - I can wait any days, of course.
BUT next day I got AGAIN payment-INFO-mail from PAYONEER "..You have received a payment to your Payoneer account!..".
And I clicked the link, as I did the day before.
Heyyyy, SURPRISE :-(((( NO info that my card is desactivated, bloqued, declined, cancelled, etc - NO, they made it easier (for them???) to tell written on form "..Your ACCOUNT is CANCELLED, please call customer support..". :-((((((((((((((
What I did ???
- Complained by the open Ticket.
- Opened NEW ticked too.
- Tried to complain by chat - does not worked/out of function.
What Payoneer did ???
No support :-((((
