Our crime rate spiked because of the War on Drugs.
Millions of people did time in prison for drug charges and learned from "real criminals".
Then they were all put back into the same neighborhoods to live and they hooked up and formed gangs.
The gun is just a tool, we created most of the criminals that use the tool by locking
them up for years with overzealous drug policies.
