This is an African problem, as you can see, not the "white man" calling the shots, slavery or whatever white guilt BS you'll try to drum up. All you have to do is look to the corruption, ethnic cleansing, legal slavery and ethnic violence in Africa to see the correlation in African American culture, aside from them importing drugs from West Africa.
