There hasn't been any charges. When a potential crime is reported, they are required to investigate. Oddly enough, although we know this was a common practice at the State Department, no one else is being investigated. (Yet.)
Again, loose / loose. In the event Hillary is charged the FBI will be forced to investigate Rice and Powell. If the Republicans win it will come too late to have any effect on the election, the damages will be minimal, and then we can turn our attention over to everyone else who may be guilty of similar charges.
So far as I am concerned, let's rip into all of them. Republicans, Democrats, Congress, governors.... Let's see what they say. Let's see what they have to hide.
