I know what you mean but I'm ambitious so my goal is to open several sites over the course of time. It will get to a point where I won't be able to produce/direct it all myself. I will then need to rely on someone I trust to help me keep up with production and maintain the same quality, brand and style. This is why I need to give my guy some %. It's too rare to find people who are on the same page as you these days, so I need to keep him around.
