Recreational weed did make it on the upcoming ballot here in Cali. Competition is needed and professional business people.

The ones I have been in here are pretty professional. There is one that I went to before the local store opened up that has kind of a hippie vibe. They were laid back, but professional and knew their weed.
My local shop looks like you are walking into a doctor's office. It is clean and well taken care of and the people there are very nice and professional. Some of the customers might be a little shady
, but the people working there are good.
